RETURN TIME

Please submit your return request within 28 days of your package being delivered.

RETURN COST

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and taxes fees.

PROCESSING TIME

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days of being processed

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You can choose to use the return label provided by us, for which a fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can opt to return the item yourself, which would entitle you to a full refund. Please note, if your order included a shipping fee, this is non-refundable.

Can I return item(s) that are over the refund time (28 days)?
